📅 Cancellation Policy

Ferien- & Pferdegut Schloss Treffen

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change, which is why we have fair and clear cancellation policies based on the Austrian guidelines for tourist rentals.

1. Free cancellation (up to 3 months before arrival)

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 months before arrival date.

Any amounts already paid will be fully refunded.

2. Cancellation between 3 months and 1 month before arrival

In case of cancellation during this period we will charge 40% of the total booking amount.

3. Cancellation between 1 month and 7 days before arrival

In case of cancellation, 70% of the booking amount will be charged.

4. Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show

In case of cancellation within the last week, the costs are 90% of the booking amount and in case of a no-show this is 100%.

5. Early departure

In case of early departure or interrupted stay, no refund will be made.

💡 Tip

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance or travel insurance. This often also protects you in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, flight cancellations or family emergencies.
