House Rules – Ferien- & Pferdegut Schloss Treffen
Dear guests,
How nice that you are staying with us at Ferien- & Pferdegut Schloss Treffen at the Ossiachersee! We do our best to offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay. In order to make everything as pleasant as possible for you and for other guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules.
🕒 Arrival & Departure
Check-in is from 4:00 PM.
Please check out before 10:00 am, so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Do you have other wishes? Let us know, we are happy to think along with you.
🏠 During your stay
Smoking is not allowed inside, but outside in the designated area it is of course allowed. Please use the ashtray for the smoke waste.
We love animals, but they are not allowed everywhere. That is why we like to discuss the possibilities in advance. We then ensure that everything is well arranged.
We would like to ask you to avoid noise nuisance for other guests and to respect everyone's peace and quiet.
🤫 Quiet hours
In Austria it is customary to keep it quiet in the evenings. We kindly ask you not to make loud music or noise between 22:00 and 07:30.

🧹 Take care of the apartment
We trust that you will use our apartment neatly and with care, as if it were your own home.
If something breaks or doesn't work, please let us know and we'll fix it quickly.
Please do not leave any food scraps or waste behind. The waste bins are in the kitchen.
♻️ Waste separation
In Austria we separate waste. You will find the right bins for:
Paper
Plastic & metal (packaging)
Residual waste

🍽️ Kitchen & Usage
The kitchen is fully equipped, feel free to use it.
Please leave everything clean after use.
🅿️ Parking
Free parking is available at the apartment.
Please park in the designated spots, so that everyone can easily drive in and out. Please park with the front of the car towards the house, this because of the exhaust fumes.
🔒 Safety
Close windows and doors when you leave the apartment. If necessary, the windows can be tilted to ventilate.
In case of emergency in Austria, call:

👋 On departure
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition.
You can hand over keys to the owner during check-out, unless otherwise agreed.
If something was not quite right, we would like to hear about it, so we can continue to improve ourselves and our service.
